Feeling stuck is an inner condition. When you are stuck, you feel separate, somehow knocked out of the flow of life. You can’t seem to access your imagination and come up with creative solutions. A spiral of frustration and disillusion begins and negative emotional charge takes over. Consider hitting the mat. Yoga increases physical strength and flexibility and also reconnects you. You become present, mindful, and more relaxed. The neocortex or spirit mind is more engaged, enabling you to have greater access to your unconscious and imagination. Stuck turns into flow.
